POOL RULES AND REGULATIONS

ALL RESIDENTS MUST WEAR POOL TAGS WHEN IN POOL AREA.

LIFEGUARD
The pool will only be open when a lifeguard is on duty. The lifeguard shall have complete control and charge of the pool area. Any request made by the lifeguard shave have the same force and effect as the Rules and Regulations of the Association and shall be enforced in the same manner.

POOL HOURS

The pool will be open seven (7) days a week starting mid June through Labor Day.

POOL MEMBERSHIP/ Rules
 1. Only residents shall be permitted a Pool Membership.
 2. WESTOVER TAGS ARE TO BE USED. NO OTHER TAGS ARE ACCEPTABLE. The tags must be kept for subsequent years. There is a charge of $5.00 for replacement of pool tags. There will not be a charge for new residents/first time tag buyers.
