Westover Crossing Reminders

1. Barbecue grills must be stored on rear patio or deck.

2. No flower beds lining the walkways or parking pads.

3. No vegetable gardens.

4. All outdoor play equipment must be temporary, freely movable and stored indoors at the end of the play day.

5. All bicycles and etc. must be stored indoors at night fall.

6. Window air conditioners in dormer windows only. May 15 - Oct 15 only.

7. No major engine repairs or other major vehicle repairs on property.

8. No parking on the sidewalk, yards, or common areas.

9. Place trash at curb after 6:00 PM the night before pick-up.

10. Clean up after your pets.

11. Buy new tennis shoes and get out on the courts on Yorktown North.

12. Go for a walk through the woods on Yorktown South.

13. Go for a swim at the Westover Crossing Pool.
